A Note Before You Start
This tasty cocktail is a nod to Halloween and is perfect for a group gathering! I'm a huge fan of making and prepping as much as I can ahead of time and this recipe fits that bill. That way I get to spend more time with my guests and less time in the kitchen or bartending. That said, wait to add your prosecco to this batch until 10 - 15 minutes before your guests arrive. For some Autumnal color you can always add a splash of pomegranate juice.
Ingredients
1 bottle of your favorite Prosecco
4 cups of apple cider
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
3/4 cup of bourbon
juice from 2 lemons
Preparation
In a large pitcher add all your ingredients and mix well. If making this ahead of time, add the prosecco at the last minute. Pour over a glass of ice
Garnish/Serving Options:
Add some pomegranate seeds
Orange wedge or slice
Rim the glass with citrus juice and dip in cinnamon sugar (mix 1 tsp of cinnamon with 1 TBSP sugar)
Cinnamon stick
