A Note Before You Start
I keep frozen raspberries in my freezer that I use as garnishes in my drinks and cocktails.
Ingredients
8 oz of Prosecco or Champagne
2 oz of Creme~ de Cassis (black currant) liqueur or Chambord (raspberry) liqueur
4 frozen raspberries
Preparation
Fill a champagne flute with 4 oz of Champagne or Prosecco. Add 1 oz of either Creme de Cassis or Chambord and garnish with 2 frozen raspberries.
