A Note Before You Start
The Masters golf tournament is hosted in April and the Azalea is the official cocktail of the tournament.
Ingredients
2 oz of good vodka or gin
2 oz of pineapple juice
1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 TBSP of grenadine
Preparation
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into your Glass of choice over ice.
Garnish with a lemon (never use an azalea leaf as they are highly toxic!)
