A Note Before You Start
I am very fond of freezing fresh berries on a cocktail pick to use for a garnish. The bright red of the raspberries contrasts beautifully with the green color of this cocktail. Plus, it keeps the drink cold. Win-win!
Ingredients
2 oz of Midori Liqueur
3 oz of Prosecco
Club Soda or San Pellegrino
Fresh Raspberries
Preparation
Step 1: Put 4 to5 fresh raspberries on to a long toothpick and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze (approximately 2 hours). Repeat this for every cocktail you plan to serve.
Step 2: Fill a glass with ice. Add the Midori and the Prosecco to the glass and then top it off with club soda (or San Pellegrino). Garnish with a cocktail pick with frozen raspberries.
