Spring/Easter 2025

For my spring / Easter tablescape this year I decided on a green and lavender color scheme. I started with a faux grass runner that I purchased at Hobby Lobby. My approach is to start at the middle and work my way out towards the ends. I had the hurricane and I had created the small grapevine wreath last spring so it just needed a little tweaking. Originally, my idea was to plant real pansies in little terra cotta pots and use them as place cards. Two things prevented me from doing that: I didn't like the color of the terra cotta pots with the lavender, and secondly, my pansies were not looking to perky. So, a shift was in order! Tablescapes are always a work in progress for me, so I tried silk flowers in shades of lavender in little glass vases and they proved to be the change I needed. Next, I added the pale pink water glasses from Home Goods, filled them with water and put floating candles in them. To make it Easter specific, I added two tiny wicker bunnies and colorful wooden eggs that I experimented with last year.
