


As mentioned in my May Newsletter, the perfect opportunity arose to gather our friend group for brunch. I volunteered to host because, well, I love to entertain! We were seven total, so it was a nice intimate gathering. As always, the time goes by much too quickly and since we don’t get to see each other as often as we’d like, my goal was to make our gathering as special as possible.

Buffet: French for "Get It Yourself"








Below is the menu I served up as well as some recipes and pictures.
Menu

Savory crepes stuffed with scrambled eggs, canadian bacon, blanched asparagus, topped with a jarlsberg cheese sauce

French toast made with Challah bread soaked in an egg custard cooked on a griddle, served with warm maple syrup and a raspberry/orange sauce

Hash Brown Casserole

Fresh berries with toppings of greek yogurt, homemade granola, and/or an orange scented cream

Coffee and Tea in a

...and of course Mimosas with a twist: Prosecco and Mango juice.

I gave each one a mug with my company logo so they’d remember our precious time together & smile the next time they reached for a cup of coffee or tea.
